A Failed Marketing Strategy?

As I was returning to work from lunch today, I noticed 2 rather attractive girls in bikinis on the side of the road holding signs of some type. But, truthfully, I cannot tell you what was on the on the signs. Not even a single letter. I suppose if you make the holder so attractive that nobody notices the signs, then that's not a very good marketing strategy.

Well, I faxed off my application to Frontsight on Monday. I'm hoping that I hear from them soon and that I'll get to attend the Instructor Training Course the end of August.

On the phone with one of my good friends (that I've never actually met) because she is having 'issues' and needed someone to talk to. For the last 2 HOURS. This is who I am, who I try to be. A friend who is there for people when they need help, when they need a shoulder to lean on, an ear to bend. Because I hope that, if I need help, that someone will be there for me also. But also because this is what friends do for friends.

So I was expecting some proofs from a new photo processing place today.
But when I got home, there was nothing. So I check the status online and there is an exception.
Apparently FedEx couldn't find my address. Mind you, this is the address that I grew up in. So it's been there at least 40 years or so. So why in the bloody FUCK can't they seem to find my address?? So fucking stupid.

Photographer's Block?

I'm laying here, watching Push on DVD and wondering why I can't seem to think of anything to shoot for my composition assignment. I really need to come up with something good. I know I can come up with something good, if I can just get my mind focused on it.

My instructor sent me an email today saying that instead of me teaching the class about Lightroom, he had signed up for kelbytraining.com instead. But, tonight, when he tried playing their videos, it wouldn’t work. So I dont’ know where we are.
